Life is Difficult. People Hurt. We Understand. We recognize that we are all imperfect, broken people living in an imperfect, fallen world. We understand how this brokenness often causes us to experience struggle and pain as individuals and in our relationships. Because we have significantly and personally experienced God's healing love, hope, and grace in the midst of our own brokenness and struggles, we have a passion to help and comfort the people God graciously brings into our lives.
We care. We are motivated by a love for people and a desire to bring healing to hurting lives. We seek to genuinely and carefully enter into a person's world as we search the deep waters of the heart and the delicate roots of the problems that people face. It is our sincere desire to embrace people where they are, and walk beside them as they pursue peace with God, within themselves, and in their significant relationships.
We are qualified professionals. We are committed to maintaining professionalism. As a result, our staff is made up of degreed professionals educated at the master's level through reputable and accredited institutions. Our unique educational and professional backgrounds, combined with life experiences, contribute to a wide variety of counseling specialties. We recognize that professional research, medical intervention, and particular therapeutic methods may be of value to the counseling process. Our therapists carefully utilize these insights as they are in harmony with the foundational teachings of the Bible.

See our Statement of Faith for more about what we believe. The Bible forms and guides the foundation of our beliefs and practice as counselors and mediators. We believe that the Bible speaks deeply into the problems that we face. Therefore, in order to address the root source of the struggles that people face, we seek to graciously and appropriately apply God's freeing Word to hurting hearts and lives.
There is hope. People can change. We believe that people, made in the image of God, are acting, decision-making, responsible beings. This freedom is a part of the honor and significance God places on people. Because God is at work in us and calls us to respond and act in ways that bring about change, we will invite and challenge people to take action in conformity with God's truth.

We support and believe that the local church community plays a crucial role in the continued growth and healing of our clients when it provides a safe place for clients to authentically relate to others in healthy ways. While respecting confidentiality, we work with individuals, pastors and church leaders to facilitate these opportunities whenever possible.
