Currently, Wellspring is seeking qualified full-time or part-time Counselors to develop and conduct their professional counseling practice. Qualified applicants will possess a graduate degree in the field of counseling or a behavioral science, uphold the Wellspring mission, vision, statement of faith, philosophy and approach, exhibit mature Christian faith and active church participation, be licensed or eligible for licensure, demonstrate teamwork ability, be able (or desire) to address key client issues, and be motivated and capable of developing a referral-based professional practice.
